VIDEO SEMINARS

The University of Illinois Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering established a partnership with ISPE to bring you on-line 1-hour video seminars where you can earn professional development hours at the convenience of your own computer.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Choose the on-line seminar you wish to view.
2. Watch the seminar at your own convenience.
3. Print out and complete the seminar quiz and PDH request form.
4. Submit your quiz and form (be sure to keep a copy for your own records) with payment of $20 check or credit card to ISPE at 600 South Second Street, Suite 403, Springfield, Illinois  62704.
5. Your quiz will be graded, and if you earned at 80% or better, your PDH certificate will be mailed to you.  If you did not earn a passing grade, you will be notified and have the opportunity to retake the quiz.   Please allow 3 weeks for quiz and certificate processing. 

All seminars are approximately 1-hour in length.  Each seminar is worth 1 PDH.  In accordance with state regulation, no PDH may be awarded without successful completion of the quiz.

Technical Directions

When you click on the Topic name, you will be directed to the video seminar and slide presentation.  The slides will appear on the left hand of your screen, and the video of the speaker will appear on the right.  You can control the sound by using the tools under the video as well as adjusting the volume on your own speakers.
