MENTOR OF THE YEAR AWARD
This award is given yearly to the
one member of ISPE who best exemplifies the ideal image of a mentor.
Criteria/Method of Selection
The ISPE Mentor of the Year Award
is given each year to the one member of ISPE who best exemplifies the
ideal image of a mentor. The award may be given to an individual who has
established a record of consistent outreach toward individuals in the

has contributed to support or development of mentoring programs within
their company or in the engineering community. The ideal candidate should
have a record of achievement in offering guidance to and fostering development
among engineering professionals.
