JOINT HONORS AWARDS

JOINT HONORS AWARD

Recognizes persons for outstanding cooperation between ISPE and other professional or civic organizations. Not necessarily an annual award; limited to one award per year.

Criteria/Method of Selection:

Candidates may be persons (not necessarily engineers) who have exhibited outstanding cooperation, contributions, or joint participation between ISPE and other organizations. Candidates shall be officers or hold some other position of responsibility in their respective organizations. The activity to be considered shall be one of professional or public interest and one worthy of further recognition. This award is not necessarily an annual award, and it shall be limited to one award per year.

Candidates may be nominated by ISPE chapters or by members of the ISPE Executive Committee. Nominations shall be in the format and order prescribed below.

ISPE Nomination Format:

•    Cover Sheet (containing the following):

•   Name of the Award
•   Name of the Nominee
•   Address of the Nominee
•   Nomination Submitted by
•   Submitter's Telephone/Email address
•   ISPE Chapter of Submitter

•    Resume - Provide resume of the candidate

•    Additional material to support the recommendation - Title and place this information on separate pages.

•    Citation - Use a separate page to summarize and highlight the individual and the particular activity.
